Currently engraving is limited five words per engraving. We find most people prefer something short and sweet like: "I love you.", "World's best dad.", or simply a name to be engraved. Increasing the length of a phase causes the height of the letters to shrink since the pens have a set width. This can lead to illegible script that does not look appealing.

We don't charge a markup on the fees that the chosen shipping company charges. We don't believe it's fair to our customers.We offer a range of shipping options for your package. We prefer Pudo for its convenience since there's a locker in almost any town. From our experience the packages arrive on time and in good condition, plus our pens fit nicely into the lowest cost lockers they have to offer.
We currently only offer payfast. It is a convenient way to pay via your banking App.
We do offer bulk discounts on orders on a tiered structure. If you are a company or a corporation in search of corporate or promotional gifts, we do offer packages on large quantity orders, made by our custom made CNC fixture.
Our turnaround times depend on whether an item has been purchased on back order or if we have the required parts in stock. For items that are in stock and unfinished like our pens it's best to order 2 - 3 weeks before you need it to allow us some time to hand select a wood blank for your order, work on it and finish it off with care before shipping it. For items that are finished like our bowls and kitchenware, you can expect shipping to conclude within a week depending on your selected shipping provider.

Bulk orders are subject to an initiation fee of 50% of order value with the other 50% of the order value payable before delivery. Payment can be made directly into the bank account which will be supplied with the quotation.
